Delivery times count from the day your order leaves us. Each order is folded and packed by hand in Sofia and ships within 1–3 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
Packaging
Your t-shirt arrives in a white paper bag, folded in white tissue paper. If you'd like a card with a message, tell us when you order.
Customs and VAT
We ship from Bulgaria inside the EU, so there are no customs duties or import fees. All prices include VAT.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you'd like to return it, for any reason. You then have another 14 days to send it back.
- Email ana.ytshirt@gmail.com with your order number and what you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the t-shirt back unworn and unwashed, with its tags, in its original packaging if you still have it.
Return shipping
You can send it back yourself, at your own cost, with any carrier you like. Or ask us for a prepaid label, and we'll deduct €5 from your refund.
Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of the item arriving back with us, to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Write to us first. If we have your size, we'll hold it for you while your return is on its way. You pay to send the first one back; we send the new size to you free.
Damaged, faulty or lost
If a t-shirt arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, tell us straight away and we'll make it right at our cost. If a parcel goes missing, we'll sort it out with the carrier. This doesn't affect your legal 2-year guarantee.
Changing an order
Write to us as soon as possible. We can change an order, or its delivery address, until it ships.
